Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years' experience in purchasing, ideally within the marine, boating, or related industrial markets
- Strong knowledge of marine products, equipment, and industry suppliers
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with purchasing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
