Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to create a memorable and unique experience for guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a spirit to serve. They will be empowered to move about the space and do what needs to be done to make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality and/or customer service experience
• Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service
• Computer skills
• Valid drivers license
• Acceptable driving history
