Job Description
As an RV Dealership Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous sales experience in automotive, RV, or retail sales is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction and sales success.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
