Job Description
The ERP & Database Reporting Manager is responsible for NetSuite ERP reporting, database analytics, business intelligence outputs and ongoing ERP development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including reporting and system configuration.
- Strong experience with NetSuite development concepts (workflows, SuiteFlow, custom records; SuiteScript exposure preferred).
- Experience with NSAW or similar analytics/data warehouse platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of ERP data structures.
- Proven ability to drive ERP improvements and process optimization.
- Direct experience leading NetSuite ERP enhancement roadmaps.
- Experience with SuiteScript 2.x and NetSuite integrations (SuiteTalk, REST, middleware).
- Experience with Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior people-management or technical lead experience.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteAnalytics, ERP Consultant).
