Job Description
We are seeking a Director of PMO to lead our innovation and enterprise project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in CPG or food manufacturing, and be able to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading innovation pipelines and stage gate processes
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making
- Strong ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights
- Experience building or scaling PMO functions and improving organizational capability
- Expertise in project management tools
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
