Assistant Managers assist in the operations of a Break Time Convenience Store, managing the location in the Store Manager’s absence, coaching and mentoring team members, and helping to control expenses.
Requirements
- Prior management/leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank
- Flexible availability which may include all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Thrives in a fast pace environment
- Works well individually and in leading a team
- Physical ability to move and position products in the cooler and freezer
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
- Willingness to occasionally ascend and descend ladders
