MFCP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to receive requests for quotations, orders, and lead-times from customers and coordinate with other departments to provide service and support.
Requirements
- Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong computer skills including use of MS Office and willingness to learn new software programs
- Previous background should include knowledge of parts and nomenclature
- Experience with distribution and familiarity with product lines
