MFCP is the largest Parker Hannifin distributor and premier leader in motion and flow control solutions. The Store Supervisor oversees all aspects of the store side of a Branch and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Supervise, coach, mentor, train, and support all employees
• Generate and maintain accurate required documentation
• Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
• Champion of MFCP programs
