The Business Operations Senior Analyst acts as the day-to-day contact in supporting process improvement activities, with a focus on key projects and advancement of initiatives specific to departmental processes. The role is expected to provide supportive partnership across the department to execute on solutions, decrease operational risk and promote long-term efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 2-5+ years' relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in visualizing process diagrams
• Strong interpersonal relationships
• Strong analytical work, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
