Job Description
We are seeking a Defined Contribution Strategist - Sales Enablement to lead our Defined Contribution Sales Enablement team and drive sales and retention initiatives. The role requires a strong background in Defined Contribution, recordkeeping, and sales strategy, as well as collaboration across multiple distribution verticals.
Requirements
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan
- Align strategic initiatives with sales and retention goals
- Design and oversee sales and retention campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
