Job Description
MG Properties is a growing company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at Bella Vista Apartments in Elk Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and a customer service-focused attitude.
Requirements
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key
