Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Neon Local Apartments in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
Requirements
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- Reliable transportation is a MUST!
- Availability to work on-call rotation.
