Project Management Coordinator

MGE Underground is a growing utility infrastructure contractor seeking a Project Management Coordinator to work with project managers and field crews to provide project support and ensure timely completion of projects. The role requires a high level of skill in time management, multi-tasking, and coordination with internal departments, customers, and outside agencies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize HCSS Heavy Job Field Management Software
• Valid Class C Driver’s License with no driving restrictions
• Ability to work weekends and overtime on an as-needed basis
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
