The Arts & Culture Operations Coordinator / Executive will be responsible for supervising and managing operations, driving friendly and welcoming service, and developing promotion strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in event, marketing, or hospitality and guest service
- At least 6 months experience worked as Art Guide Docent
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in communications, events, hospitality or related discipline
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and resourceful with problem solving skills
- Mature personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without comprising quality
- Strong attention to detail, able to work accurately while meeting tight timeline
- Proficient in Business Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and Business English, spoken and written. Other languages will be a plus
