Interior Gardener - Corporate

We are seeking an Interior Gardener to bring life to every space and transform our indoor environments into vibrant, welcoming experiences across MGM Resorts properties.

Requirements

• Maintain MGMRI service standards when interacting with guests and coworkers
• Design, install, and maintain indoor green spaces, including plant placement, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and overall plant care
• Monitor and adjust environmental conditions such as lighting, humidity, temperature, and plant nutrition
• Identify, monitor, and control pests and diseases to protect plant health
• Drive and operate company vehicles, trailers, and/or specialized carts to transport materials and travel between properties
• Use a variety of manual tools and equipment to complete gardening tasks
• Maintain outdoor spaces as needed
