Assistant Beverage Manager - Bellagio

The Assistant Beverage Manager at Bellagio will support a dynamic beverage program across various bar environments, overseeing operational functions, product quality, and service standards while working closely with leadership to develop and support team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage
• Previous experience working in a similar luxury resort setting preferred
• Previous experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred
