Job Description
The Assistant General Manager of Restaurants at Bellagio supports the leadership of one of the resort's premier dining venues, helping guide daily operations in alignment with the MGM Resorts brand. This includes monitoring team performance, overseeing scheduling and training, and ensuring facilities consistently meet company standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Work Varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager for Food and Beverage operations in a resort or similar environment preferred
