The Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics Manager role at MGM Resorts International involves turning complex digital data into actionable insights to drive growth across the company's portfolio of iconic brands.
Requirements
- Partner cross-functionally to analyze and present strategic insights from digital marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
- Query and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends in campaign performance, attribution, A/B testing, and digital customer behavior
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Adobe dashboards
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital media measurement across platforms and partner ecosystems
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and explain trends or anomalies
- Experience writing and executing code (e.g., SQL, Python, Azure Databricks)
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess financial and business impact
- Ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and identify tools or resources needed to succeed
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
