Poker Supervisor - Borgata

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. Be at the center of the action as a Poker Supervisor, leading the energy and flow of the Poker Room during your shift.

Requirements

• Supervise assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives
• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
• Greet players and maintain the list for seating them into the poker games
• Explain games and procedures and assist the guests with any necessary requests
