Job Description
The Table Games Floor Supervisor will create an exhilarating gaming experience, supervise table games, and deliver exceptional guest service at MGM Grand Detroit. Key responsibilities include managing dealer performance, monitoring guest flow, and reconciling table accounting.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years of prior relevant casino operations experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Two years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor preferred
- Two years of prior relevant experience as a dealer preferred
