HNW Tax Supervisor | Manager

HNW Tax Supervisor | Manager at MGO, a top 50 CPA and advisory firm. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing multiple engagements, mentoring staff, and identifying new business development opportunities. This is a hybrid role based out of our Century City office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Licensed CPA required or J.D., LL.M, or EA required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in public accounting.
• HNW tax expertise, including individual, Estate, Gift, Trust, and pass through entity experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating subordinates and ability to plan and organize projects, especially long-term.
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to consult directly with clients regarding their personal, investment, and business issues.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow and reassign as necessary.
• Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
• Ability to win the trust of your clients.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
