Mental Health Supervisor (Allegheny County)

MHY Family Services is seeking a passionate Mental Health Supervisor to join their team. The position will provide support to the Multi Systemic (MST) Therapy team in Allegheny County, and will oversee the delivery of MST Services to youth and their families.

Requirements

• Conducts individual and group supervisions with MST therapists
• Provides individual supervision to MST therapists
• Ensures accurate documentation of clinical services
• Effectively serves as a liaison to referral sources
• Responds to staff therapist performance problems
• Addresses administrative systemic and operational obstacles
• Ensures that therapists are available to clients as needed
• Provides organizational and MST training to staff therapists
• Ensures that assessments are comprehensive and provide adequate information
