Requirements
- Designs the influencer marketing strategy, program structure, and operating cadence
- Builds the influencer pipeline process
- Defines creator tiers, offer structures, content packages, and pricing benchmarks
- Evaluates creators on audience quality, engagement, geography, brand fit, content style, and reputational risk
- Negotiates deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting/paid amplification, FTC disclosures, timelines, and compensation
- Translates marketing goals into creator briefs, content concepts, and posting schedules
- Manages content review, revisions, approvals, and publishing coordination
- Tracks performance against KPIs
- Ensures all influencer content follows FTC disclosure rules and internal guidelines
