Job Description
Perform semi-skilled to skilled operations using CNC machines, including setting up and operating turning centers and machining centers, reading and interpreting work order routings and prints, and inspecting work using precision instruments.
Requirements
- Setup and operate CNC turning centers and/or machining centers
- Read and interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and tool sheets
- Inspect work using micrometer; bore gage, vernier calipers, or other measuring precision instruments
- Maintain tolerances per drawing requirements
- Perform basic edits and offsets in CNC programming using G&M code
