Civil Intern, Surface Transportation

Michael Baker International is seeking a Civil Intern to support the design and construction of various projects. Interns will perform calculations, design, report, and documentation as directed by a Project Engineer or Project Manager, assisting with on-site inspection activities, and problem-solving. The internship offers opportunities to work in a construction-related field and gain practical experience within the company.

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MicroStation/AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and learn new skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of project obligations.
