Construction Inspector II

Michael Baker International is seeking a Construction Inspector to join their Cincinnati team. The Inspector will perform testing and inspections on road and bridge projects, including inspection of airport airside and landside projects. This role involves both field activities and design tasks for upcoming projects, with the potential for technical staff assistance during plan preparation. The position requires a commitment to quality work, collaboration, and compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Inspect construction crews' work to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Identify and inform project engineers of observed problems
• Work with supervisors to address project questions
• Perform material testing and make measurements for accuracy
• Electronically document work in SiteManager
• Valid driver's license and pass background check
• Strong math skills (algebra, geometry)
