Job Description
The Rail Department Operations Lead will oversee the dedicated rail staff, contribute to operational excellence, and support Directors for Rail Bridges, Railway and Civil, Public Projects and Rail Construction. Ideal candidates should have strong technical skills, communication skills, and experience in rail and transit services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience
- Experience in working with a Class I, Amtrak, regional or local rail and transit agency
- Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred
