Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Sales Supervisor who can lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will help inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance. You will guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business in store and through virtual shopping. You will also promote a proactive approach to loss prevention, collaborating with store leadership to address concerns early.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
• Ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity, and respect for diverse working styles
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
