Michael Kors is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & loyalty Specialist to join their Consumer marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM & CDP platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in NYC office 3 days a week
- At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM analysis or a similar position
- Strong knowledge of CRM & CDP Platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
