Job Description
Customer Experience Manager responsible for delivering a customer-centric shopping experience, managing front-end operations, and leading omnichannel processes. Assists Store Manager in leading team and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Retail management experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
