The Events Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. They will deliver friendly customer service, ensure operational tasks are completed, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs
• Create backup or emergency plans
• Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
