Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events in a Michaels store, providing a stress-free and engaging experience for guests. They will also assist customers with shopping and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client feedback
• Uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
• Help customers shop and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
