Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events in Michaels stores to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company standards.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages and provide a fun and creative environment
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
• Facilitate party add-ons and communicate events with clients and store team members
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
