Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. They will lead a team to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience, manage inventory, and achieve KPI's.

Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
