Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will lead operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets, providing customer-centric shopping experiences, and leading a team of well-trained team members. Key responsibilities include planning and executing store workload, leading adherence to SOPs and company programs, and managing inventory management processes. The role requires a retail management leadership experience and involves working in a public retail store setting, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
