Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets, providing a well-merchandised and well-in-stock store, and delivering friendly customer service.
Requirements
- Assist Store Manager in planning and supporting the scheduling and execution of store workload.
- Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs.
- Manage visual merchandising standards, inventory management processes, merchandise operations, and Omni channel processes.
- Train and coach the team to achieve results and support Talent Development.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), acknowledge customers, and assist with Omni channel processes.
