Party & Event Host

The Party & Event Host is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events at Michaels stores to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. They will deliver friendly customer service, complete operational tasks, and ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs
• Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
