Party & Event Host

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids' birthday parties, at a Michaels store. Deliver customer service, complete operational tasks, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once
• Engage with clients of all ages and create a fun and creative environment
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and other activities
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons to company standards
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Help customers shop and locate products
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
