As a Retail Events Coordinator at Michaels, you will plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. You will also deliver friendly customer service, complete operational tasks, and maintain store recovery standards.
Requirements
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once

- Complete administrative tasks

- Assist with Omni channel processes
- Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
