Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the store, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs. You will deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs, lead the execution of customer brand promises, and implement and lead the shrink and safety programs.

Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
