Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the store, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs in conjunction with our annual performance objectives; lead the execution of our customer brand promises; implement and lead the shrink and safety programs to deliver goals; and utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development.

Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
