Job Description
Lead and manage all aspects of the store, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs in conjunction with our annual performance objectives; lead the execution of our customer brand promises.
Requirements

- Implement and lead the shrink and safety programs to deliver goals
- Staff the store with qualified Team Members
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Maintain Operational understanding of all store departments
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
