Retail Store Manager

Retail Store Manager responsible for leading and managing a team, delivering sales and profit plans, and ensuring customer brand promises. Requires 5+ years of retail experience, including inventory management and customer service excellence, and 2+ years of supervising experience. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
