Retail Store Manager

Lead and manage all aspects of a retail store, including team management, customer experience, and sales planning. Spend minimal time on non-managerial tasks. Deliver sales and profit plans, implement shrink and safety programs, and lead team members to achieve results.

Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
