Job Description
Retail Store Manager (Bench) job description: lead and manage all aspects of the store, deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs, lead the execution of customer brand promises, implement and lead the shrink and safety programs, staff the store with qualified Team Members, and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
Requirements
- Retail management leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
- Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
