Store Managers are expected to lead and manage a team, deliver sales and profit plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store
• Deliver sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs
• Implement and lead shrink and safety programs
• Staff the store with qualified Team Members
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
• Maintain Operational understanding of all store departments
