Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver a great customer experience while achieving desired results. They will oversee the store and team to ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and implement programs to deliver goals.

Requirements

• Retail management leadership experience
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
