Plan and coordinate events, deliver friendly customer service, and complete operational tasks in a Michaels store. Create a fun and engaging experience for guests, including kids birthday parties and craft classes.

• Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
