Store Environment Team Member

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards, deliver friendly customer service, and perform tasks as assigned by supervisor. Preferred retail and/or cleaning experience.

Requirements

• Collects and disposes of trash
• Dust and damp mops floors
• Moves equipment and products for cleaning
• Cleans assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment
• Deep cleans key areas of the store
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervisor of supply needs
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning
• Completes tasks assigned by supervisor
• Performs tasks in accordance with federal, state and county guidelines
• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
