Job description
As HSE Manager, you will be responsible for the health and safety of people, the protection of assets, and the respect of the environment on the industrial site in Tours. You will pilot the HSE strategy of the site in line with Michelin's "All Durable" policy.
Your responsibilities will include preserving the health and safety of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining a high-performance environmental management system, and managing a team of 5 specialists.
You will contribute to safety and environmental culture by animating transverse projects and manage the HSE budget and optimize resources.
